A big water decision ahead?
Start with one call.
Bring a specific question or bring the whole situation. Some calls end with a clear, direct answer. Others get to the crux: identifying the issues that matter most and uncovering hidden risks and unexpected opportunities.
This is more than an hour on the phone. Start with a short application. If it’s a fit, you’ll receive a link to book and pay, then share key documents—water-rights records, deal terms, maps—so I’ve studied your situation before we speak. The 60-minute session focuses on your question and is followed by a written summary: the answer, or your options and next steps.
